AF Nurse/Technician National Recognition week for 2010. Apprx 130 gourmet cupcakes & 8" cake with Edible Image. (EI was created on Computer, then used as transfer). Cupcakes: Peanut Butter w/PB SMBC; Cinnamon-Roll-Bun w/CinRoll Filling w/SMBC; DK Choc w/Choc Ganache filling w/Choc SMBC; White Vanilla Cake w/DK Choc Ganache filling w/Vanilla SMBC. Cake was WASC w/Choc Ganche filling. Each cupcake had a chocolate AF Nursing Corps medallion. Medallions were flavored to match cupcake flavor using LorAnn oils. Used Cupcake Tree for E-Z serving. For Cake cutting ceremony, a large Military sword was used. Am a CSM, TFL!
