Christmas Splendor
My entry for the Austin Capital Confectioner's Show 2007. Fondant covered dummy, fondant accents, royal icing stringwork, crimped holly on the sides and gumpaste flowers. This took me a very long time, but was well worth it in the end!

Thanks so much for the sweet comments! Yes, the topper was gumpaste poinsettias, holly and berries. Your cake was so sweet and I have to say that I was sweating your cake ALL DAY Saturday!!!!! Definitely some inspiration for my little girl!
