Each tier was about 8 or 9 inches tall. Each tier had 4 two in. cakes. Starting from the bottom tier it went like this, 10", 8", 8", 10", middle tier 8", 6", 6", 8", top tier, 6", 4", 4", 6". I think I cut the top tier down a little because it seemed too tall and skinny. All were carved and smoothed a little to shape.
