I love all of the rubber ducky in a tub cakes here on CC, and knew it would be perfect for my best friend since she's obsessed with rubber duckies. However, she lives far away, doesn't eat cake, and didn't have a baby shower! So on a recent trip to visit her and the new baby, I packed some supplies (cake pan, some fondant,etc.) and made her made her a ducky cheesecake. Chocolate swirl cheesecake, cookie sticks attached with melted chocolate, some blue sugar for the "water", fondant towel and soap, bubbles are tiny pearl candies, and the rubber ducky is made of chocolate (bought at the store during Easter candy season).
