This is my second car cake and was a little nervous about the interior... but i think it turned out pretty good. It was made for a 50th birthday, it was chocolate cake filled with chocolate ganache and covered in mmf with mmf seat, grill, wheels, windshield, trim done with royal icing, then painted with silver luster dust.
