Used two 8" pan. cut one half in the middle to make the body and used the other half to make tail, head and paws. details are mostly fondant but also used jelly beans for the nails and the flags are a piece of happy birthday paper wrap I found glued on sticks. Very easy to make and I was very happy with the result. Fire is licorice.
