This did not turn out how I wanted. This was my first time using the shimmer stuff and it kept flaking everywhere and wouldn't just brush off, so I ended up having to paint things I hadn't intended to paint. The hearts were a last minute idea to make the border not look as ugly as it did! The cake is red velvet and is covered in fondant with a regular decorator icing border around the bottom of each layer.
