This is the first wedding cake I've done and I'm honored that it was for my brother-in-law and new sister-in-law! This was inspired by a Lovin Sullivan Cakes design she found in a bridal magazine last year. It was almond cake with raspberry cream filling, buttercream and fondant. The top tier is covered with hand made blossoms. The middle tier had sugar crystals and an embossed fondant band. The bottom tier was covered with cut out fondant leaves.
