This is a Belini cake with a champagne peach filling and Italian butter cream with peach flavoring. Let me just say, Italian butter cream was not an easy thing to make when I had to make so much of it! In between the top and middle tier are 3 champagne glasses, which were suppose to have champagne in but someone forgot to get the champagne so we improvised! This cake was good experience and I'm glad it is done! :)
