This was my favourite wedding cake until I saw it in the hall. I stood in this wedding and therefore had to have staff set it up at the hall. When I dropped it off I told them to put it in a FRIDGE. they placed it in a FREEZER overnight and then put it directly on to the table for set up. By the time we arrived it was melting like crazy! All pearls are hand made fondant with luster dust.
