6,8,10,12,14 inch tiers, orange cake and strawberry cake with vanilla swiss buttercream. all the seashells on the cake are made out of chocolate, the flowers are silk orchids. the shells on the border of the cake board are real. sand is graham cracker and brown sugar. I had to drive this cake 2 hours and then assemble it on a nightstand in a poorly air conditioned hotel room lol, there was no kitchen to be found anywhere. i like to think of it as cake decorating macgyver-style. all in all, the bride and groom were very happy with it.
