I made this cake for my son's birthday. He is an avid Phillies fan. The cake was chocolate with chocolate mousse filling covered in cherry flavored fondant. I did not let the fondant set up long enough so the brim looks funny, but my son LOVED IT. TFL!! BTW...this was my first attempt at a baseball cap.
