This cake was made for St Wilfrids Hospice in East Sussex - they looked after my Mum recently. She has a strong spiritual belief in Angels, hence the Angel on top! This was my first attempt at a gumpaste figure, so there are a few things I would change! Thanks to 'Lewi' for the inspiration! TFL
