This cake was made for the 2010 Art of the Cake show in Cleveland, OH. The theme for the divisional competition was Winter Wonderland. My cake was inspired by an urban winter wonderland-NYC in winter. The top tier is a city-scape covered in snow. Middle tier is Central park in the winter, including horse-drawn carriages. The bottom tier represents the fabulously decorated department store windows. Decorations are all fondant and royal icing.
