The base is a 10 in cake covered in buttercream with various colors with accents from Wilton spray color. All animals and hunter made out of gum paste with strategic use of toothpicks and spaghetti :o ) Deer blind a stack of 4 in cakes covered in fondant - rolled green, brown and dark chocolate to get the camouflage effect. Turned out to be quite heavy so had to make a MacGyver move and place wedding tier pillars covered in chocolate fondant into a platform of foam. It was quite an adventure! (No animals harmed - gun not loaded :o ) )
