This cake was made for a 10th anniversary couple , made with 10 cupcakes with buttercream icing and vanilla homemade filling called in spanish (manjar o dulce de leche, arequipe in colombia) very delicious traditional recipe, every ecuadorian likes, all my cakes are made with that filling, the cookies are special recipe from my grandmother and the merengues made with egg whites and I make them with different color too , everything is delicious!!!!!
