This cake was created to celebrate my nephews crossover from cub scouts to boy scouts. The square cakes are chocolate w/peanut butter mousse/buttercream, white w/raspberry mousse/buttercream. The mountain is lemon cake with lemon mousse and is covered in fondant. The additional decoration are make with fondant/gum paste, royal frosting and color flow.
