First Real Customer And Scared...
this cake was passed off to me by my friend who is very talented, and very busy. I really hope the woman who ordered this will be happy. I didn't realize that when you color icing it darkens as it dries...she gave me a swatch of the color and I matched it completely, and yet this morning it is darker than what she wanted... such stress! I would like to thank sugarshack for her help, and I think with her guidance the bow turned out the best thing about the cake. crappy scroll, what is done, is done. tfl!

my dh read all the nice comments you have sent me and let me know that I am my worst critic. I made the loops from fondant, gumpaste, and 50/50 mix and I choose the gumpaste. Not only could the gumpaste be rolled really thin, they dried hard and quickly
