For my boss' 40th surprise party. The bottom and top layers are chocolate with oreo mousse and the middle was vanilla with lemon cream cheese. Each layer was covered in fondant. The Vegas sign, cards, poker chips, and "40" were gumpaste. I was so excited to use my disco dust for the first time! Thank you to all of my fellow CC'ers for inspiration. The cake was a hit!
