Choc mud cake with choc ganache. Fondant covered. Decos are all fondant with Tylose. Don't you hate it when a client says "just really simple and plain"? The fondant really played up on this one too - we've had about 1000% humidity here in the last few days. No where near as good as I would have liked, but I learn from every cake I do! Also, my first real attempt at roses.
