This cake was ordered, made, decorated, shipped and arrived all in Less than a week! It was shipped from NC to NY. It was a order from a very special Christian friend of mine to be givin to her son for Valentines day. Everything was made from scratch, it was a Red velvet cake injected with chocolate mousse and iced with a vanilla cream cheese whipped icing that I have made, that is light & fluffy, not to sweet! It was a Big hit, and was appreciated alot!
