Made Feb 10, 2010 for my daughter to take to her Valentines day preschool class party. It is all cake... The bottom is an 8 inch 2 layer cake and the top is a a few 6 inch rounds cut to look like a hive. The wording "bee mine"in the heart and the little dotted design were hand piped with melted white chocolate, and everything else is fondant. I didnt have heart shaped cutters so I had to use flower cutters and cut the excess off . The cake was vanilla with lemon buttercreme and white chocolate flavored fondant. It was surprisingly pretty pretty easy and only took about 4 hrs to decorate = )
