First off, I want to give props to Linstead for all her help on this cake, couldn't have done it without you!! This was a white butter cake with vanilla buttercream. All the pieces were hand made with Marshmallow Fondant. I used edible marker for the open book and luster dust for a shine. Also used luster dust with clear vanilla mixed to paint the spoon. The client was shocked and it was definatly the hit of the party she said! I was pleased!!
