Italian Creme w/ Raspberry Filling This is a congratulatory cake for my personal trainer. It's covered in fondant with a bike helmet made of cake. The bicycle seat, wetsuit, swim goggles, water bottle, Ironman logo and race bib with his Cozumel Ironman number are all fondant figures. He has completed a ton of triathlons, a couple of Ironman races and marathons as well. He's truly an inspiration. A quote he uses quite often is written on the cake board "Inspire By Example"
