Vanilla sponge with jam & buttercream, covered with marzipan and sugarpaste. No edible images were used on this cake. The main logo was done with sugarpaste and royal icing. The two smaller logos were hand-painted with dusts and confectioner's glaze. This is the new season (09/10) shirt for Tottenham Hotspur
