Cake baked in a shell shaped pan, covered with white chocolate fondant, hand painted with food coloring in browns, oranges and ivory. The sand is a mixture of ground graham cracker crumbs and brown sugar for sparkle. Small shells surround are gumpaste and also hand painted with food coloring.
