Pumpkin Spice cake with buttercream icing covered in fondant. Santa is made from fondant. His bag of toys is cake squares covered in fondant wrapping paper and/or toy bag. His beard, hair, accents on his coat, and gold scrolls are piped in buttercream. Cake was 2 - 9x13 layers with the bottom layer left in tact and the top layer was cut and pieced together as needed.
