I made this for my friend who turned 40. There are 40 gumpaste snowflakes on and around the cake - each one is different and represents each year of her life! 4" and 6" Amazing Chocolate WASC cake with dark chocolate ganache. Covered in Michele Foster's White Chocolate Fondant. Dusted with pearl dust for shimmer. TFL!
