Company Christmas party for a local seafood restaurant, over 100 people. The candy cane sled is all fondant. House, tree and presents are all cake, present "wrapped" in fondant. I made the lobster claws out of fondant and painted them with food color and almond extract. Alot of work, but they loved it!
