Made for my Sunday School class Christmas party. Mint Chocolate Cake with buttercream icing (sides and top), royal icing (top edge of cake and on cake board and pond) and MMF for penguins. They were intrigued by the cake and were picking up the penguins to see if they were plastic and touching the sides to see if it was hard. Based on a cake from a book by Alex Barker
