Helmet was made out of rice cereal bars, covered in candy clay and fondant with gumpaste for the mask brace. Gator was made with a mold and fondant. The cake was yellow with cream cheese filling, covered with white chocolate ganache and vanilla fondant. The cake was airbrushed and dusted with silver pearl dust. The birthday girl traveled 3 hours one way to pick it up, oh my gosh, I wouldn't do that!
