This is a centerpiece I did for a dessert buffet table. We did not cut into this cake as I will now donate it to the local National Guard Unit.

For the candles I used 3 & 4" pans. Covered in fondant and the poinsettia is something I did at a cake club meeting a couple of years ago and never used. I filled in the back side of the poinsettia with bow loops.
