This is a two part cake for Michelle's graduation. The desk is a formed box covered with MMF and is designed to fit over the "Congratulations" cake, because the cake needs to travel by car to Chicago from Dallas! The young lady loves all things connected with Jane Austen and that era. The fleur-de-lis, book, flowers, ink well, paper, and pen are handmade with gumpaste. Cake is chocolate fudge with two coffee flavored filling layers and iced with chocolate buttercream. The marbled top is MMF.
