This is my birthday cake !!! Im 26 and have been caking now for just over a year but this is the first time ive made something special for myself. Im really pleased with it but it did take me quite a while. i covered the cakes first and then took out the slice and filled in the space with a strip of fondant. all decorations are also fondant. the cakes are 6 inch choc orange and 8 inch madeira.
