This idea was given to me by a dear friend named Ms. Reba. I believe she got it from a magazine. They are made from two gingersnap cookies, cocoa krispie rice crispy treats, pecans, candy corn, melted chocolate for glue and buttercream or royal for the eyes. First glue the RKT body to the bottom cookie, then glue two rows of candy corn to the second cookie. You might have to trim the tips of the inner row of candy corn. Once the chocolate is completely dry and set, glue the tail to the body, add the pecan wings and candy corn head. Give him some eyes and he is ready to delight the kids on Thanksgiving day. Actually I know people who wouldnt eat him and have him displayed to this day. :)
