I made this cake for my daughter's baptism. It is fondant covered, buttercream borders, with a fondant angel on top. I used a scalloped heart cookie cutter for the wings and viewed a youtube video to learn how to make it! The top 2 tiers were gluten-free carrot cake, the bottom a regular pound cake.
