Cake I made for my Father-in Law's retirement party. Used yellow cake with buttercream frosting. I did add a dram of bavarian cream oil to my frosting with gave it a great new flavor. Two layers 12X18 and 9X13 on top. I used store bought lei's for around the cake layers. Palm trees are all buttercream work.
