A marbled lemon sponge with a lemon curd and buttercream filling covered in fondant. I used inspiration from other amazing cakes on here, who I owe a lot to. Really wanted the icing to be red rather than pink to suit the birthday girl, but my colourings wouldn't play ball. :(
