I used chocolate cake with ganache filling topped with white chocolate buttercream icing..All layers above sheet are strawberry filled with white chocolate buttercream.. scarecrow is decorated with all fondant.. Everything is edible except the felt hat.. I have about 24 hours in this...It is only my 3rd 3D cake so I hope to shave time off the next time..
