Chocolate cake, buttercream icing filing with a hint of Bailey's Irish Cream; buttercream icing, chocolate "mosaic" pieces. The "blobs" at the top are chocolate-covered marshmallows-an inside joke between the gal leaving and the rest of the staff. Out of place, I know, but it got lots of laughs!
