My first 3-D monkey. The first attempt was not good.. the cake was too moist. So I made a pound cake and a white cake, and that did the trick.. This was a very difficult cake to make, the next time I wll use a lighter color on the face.. I was pleased with the outcome and the lady who ordered it, liked it as well!! WHEW!! TYFL!
