Client graduated from pharmaceutical school and wanted her cake to look like a giant script pad (she designed the lay out). Dark chocolate cake with strawberry filling and fresh strawberries in the middle. Had a little problem with this cake shifting in transport but was able to fix on site. First time I have ever had this happen. Very stressful!
