This was a lighthouse cake I made for my youngest brother's birthday. He loves the Outer Banks, so I tried to replicate the Cape Hatteras lighthouse. This was a quickly finished cake in a day, so I think I could add more details and do a neater job next time. The light is burning in the top and it is all cake except the light assembly.
