This cake was a groom's cake for a wedding, they wanted a cake shaped like an armadiilo because of the bloody armadillo cake on Steel Magnolias. The cake is covered in fondant with fondant accents. The head was RKT covered in fondant with gumpaste ears. The tail was all fondant with fondant strips. And the inside of the armadillo was red velvet cake with cream cheese buttercream.
