This was made for a friend's baby shower. The colors were based on the colors of her nursery. Cakes are 5" & 9", covered with fondant. The diapers are rolled up fondant/gumpaste. Rattle is RKT covered with fondant/gumpaste. Bow, Pacifier, Ribbon, Keys, Teething Ring, and 2nd Rattle are fondant/gumpaste. I glued the diapers and baby items onto the cakes with white chocolate. All airbrushed with luster dust.
