I just took a class yesterday to learn how to make poppies. The white one is supposed to be an oriental poppy - the Barr's White; the red with yellow center is the Party Fun Poppy; the red with the black center is Brilliant Red Oriental Poppy, and then there is a pink poppy. At least that is what I was aiming for :-p
