Mother's Day - Mini Rose & Blossoms

This is one of my favourites so far, I'm still a newbie to this cake decorating stuff! I made two of these mini cakes for Mother's Day this year (one for my Mum & one for DH's Mum), so much fun to decorate! Simple victoria sponge filled with BC & raspberry jam, cut into approx. 5" & 3.5" rounds, no supports, covered in white fondant. All the roses, leaves & blossoms made from mexican paste & attached with RI. Borders piped in RI with star nozzle, allowed to dry then painted with silver powder mixed with dipping solution.
