The cake was carved out of (2) 9x13 cakes and covered with MMF. The wing is made out of cardboard and covered with fondant. The base is a 12x18 cake. I tried to make the dowel rods higher that the base cake so it would look like the car was actually sitting on the wheels which were fondant covered dougnuts.
