A birthday cake for my daughter, I drew inspiration from a great many of you here "cakelifting" bits and pieces from a number of cakes we saw in the galleries. Fondant with Buttercream details. The trees are buttercream piped with a leaf tip over sugar cones. The rocks are purchased candy, the river is white buttercream with blue piping gel swirled gently on top. Thank you to Hookste for the awesome picture of your campfire cake in low light - that was totally inspirational, and I managed to get a similar shot of our cake!
