The bride took pics of her fiance's tool bag, hammer and tape measure and wanted them replicated exactly. The bottom 6" is dummy cake. Though this was fun and challenging ( especially getting in the creases in the canvas part of the cake ) it was so time consuming. I found the hardest part was placing the side pockets. Her pics had them open, but when I tried that the fondant just kept falling off the cake. The piggy bank was a private joke b/t the couple. He kept saying the cost of the wedding was breaking the piggy bank, so she had me make a broken piggy bank with the hammer placed next to it. All accent pieces are gumpaste. The piggy bank and tape measure are gumpaste covered styrofoam, $1 bill is of rice paper on gumpaste, then folded to look like a money wad spilled out of the bank.
